Late Appointments

We kindly request that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointments. In order to maintain our service standards, we will not be able to extend the duration of your appointment if you arrive late. If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible.

No-Show Policy

In the event of a no-show, your $50 booking deposit will be forfeited. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. After three no-shows, you will no longer be allowed to book future appointments.

We understand that life happens, but if you cancel your appointment with less than 24-hour notice, your $50 booking deposit will be forfeited. This helps us better manage our schedule and honor the time of our providers and clients. Repeated short-notice cancellations (more than three) will result in being unable to book future appointments.

Booking Deposit

Please be advised that a $50.00 non- undable deposit will be taken from your card at the time of booking. This $50.00 will be credited towards the service you booked. If you do not show up for your appointment the $50.00 is kept as a cancellation fee.
