Appointment, Booking & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: July 24, 2026

At Aesthetics of Fayetteville, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We intentionally dedicate time to provide each client with personalized, unrushed care. To ensure appointment availability for all clients while respecting the time of our providers and staff, we kindly ask that you review the following policies.

Booking Deposits

A $50 booking deposit is required to reserve all appointments, unless otherwise specified by Aesthetics of Fayetteville.
Your booking deposit is not an additional fee and will be applied toward your service total at checkout.

Complimentary Consultations

Complimentary consultations remain FREE.
A $50 booking deposit is required to reserve your consultation appointment. Upon attending your consultation, your deposit will remain on your account as a credit and may be applied toward any future service or treatment at Aesthetics of Fayetteville.

Appointments Exempt from Booking Deposits

Booking deposits are not required for provider-scheduled follow-up appointments that are part of your treatment plan.
Examples include:

Two-week neurotoxin follow-up appointments
Four-week dermal filler follow-up appointments
Provider-requested post-treatment evaluations
Other follow-up appointments scheduled by your provider as part of your treatment plan.

Additional appointments may be exempt at the discretion of Aesthetics of Fayetteville.

Credit Card on File

A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments requiring a booking deposit.
Your card will be securely stored on file and will not be charged at the time of booking.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If You Provide 24+ Hours' Notice

Your booking deposit will remain on your account as a credit toward a future appointment.
Booking deposits are non-refundable.
Booking credits are valid for 12 months from the original appointment date.
Booking credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the original client.

If You Provide Less Than 24 Hours' Notice

Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a $50 late cancellation charge in accordance with our Appointment, Booking & Cancellation Policy.

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or the need to reschedule if there is insufficient time to complete your service without impacting other scheduled appointments. If your appointment must be rescheduled due to late arrival, your booking deposit may be forfeited.

No-Shows

Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit their booking deposit.
Clients with repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay in full before future appointments can be scheduled and may be subject to booking restrictions at the discretion of Aesthetics of Fayetteville.

Policy Exceptions

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may occur. Any exceptions to this policy are made solely at the discretion of Aesthetics of Fayetteville.

Agreement

By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Appointment, Booking & Cancellation Policy.
